Bay Hope Serve Day- March 7, 2026

Our mission partners are the hands and feet of Jesus in hard places. Join us as we come alongside our mission partners to serve our community on Saturday, March 7.  See the schedule below. Please register for a specific serve opportunity.

Schedule:
8:00 AM to 8:15 AM - Check In at Lakeshore or Westchase
8:15 AM to 8:30 AM - Instructions, Prayer and depart for serve sites
9:00ish AM- Begin project with mission partners
Finish Time-  Each project finishes at a different time. Please note finish time when registering.

PLEASE NOTE: 

• We are not able to provide transportation to and from work sites. You must arrange your own transportation.
• Please wear your orange Serve Day t-shirt if you have one.  We will have t-shirts available for people who need one. 

Projects:

#1 Amazing Love- Food Packing
Amazing Love serves homeless and under-resourced populations in Ybor City.  Help pack food and/or toiletry bags that will be distributed to clients and help with basic gardening.

Location: Ybor City
Finish Time: Lunchtime
Age Minimum: 5 years old

#2 A Woman's Place- Clothing Cupcake Assembly
A Woman's Place serves women and families facing unplanned pregnancies.  Help assemble "Clothing Cupcakes" that will be gifted to expectant Mom's when they visit the pregnancy care center.

Location: Town N Country
Finish Time: Lunchtime 
Age Minimum: 8 years old

#3 Metropolitan Ministries West Pasco- Serving Meals
Metro Min provides outreach programs to under-resourced people. Prep and serve meals to clients.

Location: Holiday (West Pasco)
Finish Time: 12:00 PM
Age Minimum: 14 years old

#4 NO MORE Foundation- Lakefront Clearing
NO MORE engages people to serve orphans and those affected by human trafficking. Help clear overgrown lakefront. You will probably get wet and muddy!

Location: Lutz
Finish Time: 1:00 PM
Age Minimum: 18 years old

#5 International Muslim Outreach- Gift Basket Outreach
IMO builds relationships and shares the gospel with our Muslim neighbors in Tampa Bay and beyond. Assemble gift baskets and then deliver to families with IMO Staff Member. For this project, please no sleeveless and preferably no shorts to honor Muslim modesty

Location: Starts at Lakeshore, then deliver within driving distance.
Finish Time: Lunchtime
Age Minimum: Any age

#6 Cornerstone- Health Hub Prep
Cornerstone Family Ministries provides early childhood learning and support at-risk children in Tampa Bay. Various jobs are needed to prepare for the opening of our Health Hub at CNC location. This will include some touch up painting, deep post construction cleanup, yard work, emptying of storage unit and setting up tables & desks for staff into their new offices

Age Minimum: 16 years old

#7 Cornerstone-Harvesting & Packing for Cooking Classes

Cornerstone Family Ministries provides early childhood learning and support at-risk children in Tampa Bay. Outdoor maintenance and harvesting produce at a kids preschool. 

Location: Ybor City
Finish Time: 11:00 AM
Age Minimum: 7 years old

#8 Cornerstone- Care Packages for Kids

Cornerstone Family Ministries provides early childhood learning and support at-risk children in Tampa Bay. Pack care packages for kids on hand for our grand opening. 

Location: Ybor City

Age Minimum: 6 years old

#9 Campus Beautification- Westchase
Help beautify Bay Hope Westchase through indoor and outdoor projects.

#12 Apologetics, INC- Event Setup - ****Different Day and Time- Thursday, March 5, 4:30-9:00 PM****

Apologetics Inc equips and mobilizes Christians to confidently defend and articulate their faith through thoughtful, culturally relevant teaching and training.  Volunteer as ushers, greeters, and work merchandise table for an event featuring Lee Strobel

#13 Bring Your Own Project
If your Rooted group has a worthy community project other than the projects listed, please choose "Bring Your Own Project" from the registration list, and meet at Lakeshore/Westchase on Saturday morning, October 18 before departing for your project.
